Friendly guy, I am hoping they really did what they have stated on the invoice, First quoted with an approximate price between under £400. They Collected the car, Sunday to order the parts, then apparently received a car part which is not compatible, so the price will be different and higher. Agreed but did not expect the sum total amount of £1000 including MOT upon delivering on Friday 5 days later. Would not recommend this guy.

Great job. Quickly resolved the issues and the required MOT and also got the car back to me ASAP as I urgently needed my vehicle

The guy was very professional i booked the job the day after but in emergency i called him and he said ok no problem i am coming and arrived in 15 mind diagnosed my car and gave me professional advise.
Very happy and satsfied with his service great mechanic will use him again

Hays was great - obviously very knowledgeable about his profession. Explained everything and presented my options in a clear & fair way. I definitely felt I was getting value & service.

Oil wasn’t change and was only topped up. They were nearly one hour late to pick my car. Used quarter of my fuel and didn’t get any results. When calling him he said there was miscommunication between him and the mechanic. Unprofessional and just time wasters. I don’t even think a refund is enough of the fuel that is missing and time off work Iv wasted for no results at the end of the day if I didn’t check the oil wasn’t changed I would of paid 115 pound for a top up of oil and that’s a joke. Really upset.

Was not happy had to pay extra £167 to mechanic as was told I needed different tyres to the ones I ordered also drove my car like a maniac we see him

All good, it was super fast.
Luckily the issue was super simple and easy to resolve.

There was an issue with payments, however this was resolved very quickly, without hesitation. They communicated very quickly to me and refunded immediately.
