I didn't meet the mechanic as a lady came to collect my car, she rang me beforehand to let me know she would be here in 30 -40 minutes. She was punctual and pleasant to speak to. She returned my car to me.

Very bad experience . Didn't perform any task and still deduct money. They tell me more money to pay as can't open the housing. I did with other dealer . They didn't ask if have to destroy the housing.

Thank you for voicing your concerns. I can confirm you were not charged at all for any work, the charge incurred was a cancellation fee as per Click Mechanic's policy.
I understand we have discussed the following in the resolution centre prior to your feedback, however, I would like to reiterate the below information to you as we value each and every customers feedback!
In regards to the oil filter housing, we had 3 different mechanics attempt to open the housing with no luck, I'd like to add these are mechanics with over 20 years experience. Additionally, we attempted to contact you several times throughout the booking to relay this information to you ( and to advise the housing would need to be replaced if we forced it open as they break) however there was no reply, we also offered for you to rebook within the same price on another date or that you could simply cancel the job and we would return the vehicle.
We can not comment on how another garage has proceeded with the work however, we can assure you all attempts were made to complete the job by our mechanics and to communicate the issues to yourself. As we were unable to reach you the vehicle was returned to you with the aformentioned options still available on a date of your choosing.
We operate with transparency and honesty and I believe my colleagues adhered to this throughout their communication with yourself.
