Hyundai Tucson Brake discs and pads replacement - front (both)

Auto Check Point did a great job. They let me know how long they would be when they set off to pick up and drop off my car, and let me know about my rear brake discs looking worn too. They asked if I needed my car back by a certain time, which I did, and it was back on time. Communcation, quality, and punctuality were great.

Auto check point ltd were absolutely amazing. From the first booking all the way to delivery. Prices were very good and the time taken to undertake work was very efficient. I managed to get my car picked up, clutch and flywheel changed and vehicle returned in the same day and saved around £300 in doing so. They even advised of other work needing doing. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you

Broke my locking wheel key promised to replace it but haven't done so won't use them again.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to my colleague that was dealing with this incident and he has advised he has been in touch with you. I would like to clarify the locking nut broke due to rust which is not something within our control. As a goodwill gesture we offered a replacement, this was ordered from Ford and we were advised due to the easter holidays it will be with us mid next week. I understand your frustration and apologise for the delay however, the delay with Ford is not something we can expidite and this has been communicated to your by my colleague. As advised, as soon as Ford notify us we will collect the item and send it to yourself.
