Saturday a stormy winter weekend in the morning, while nobody wants to come come out bed. Mr Shane knocked my door to replace my broken clutch on the 15 years old 107 Peugeot. He has a very nice kind of personality started the job . Then you can easily understand his knowledge about the job he's doing. In that stormy weather he finished the job without any problem. After he checked everything then sit next to me to test drive. Everything was OK so much better than expected. Didn't needed tow the car to a garage All done by himself on my driveway. I am so happy , I thank him very much. He saved me from many trouble in a winter day specifically if you relaying on a one car and leaving in a remote area. My mechanic was Shane , honestly 10/10 service, I’m a very new driver so I honestly have no clue about cars , my battery died , I put down I needed a new battery and that’s exactly what happened, booked my slot Shane even called to come earlier which was even better for me , very good price as well , my garage near me was taking ages to reply and I needed to drive my car asap , came next day I booked , when your new to driving and cars have problems it’s quite scary but this experience was so good , I will definitely be using this again and will be recommending , thankyou so much Shane

Shane was genuinely exceptional in every possible way, from the very first contact right through to the completed repair. My van broke down unexpectedly and, as it is also my home, the situation had me feeling extremely anxious, cold, and overwhelmed.

What truly stood out was that Shane got in contact the evening before the job, not because he had to, but simply to reassure me, talk me through what would happen the next day, and put my mind at ease. That single act of kindness meant I actually slept properly for the first time since breaking down. That in itself says everything about the kind of person he is.

On the day of the repair, he arrived much earlier than expected, which was an absolute godsend in itself — but even more incredible was that I had completely slept through his call that morning. Despite that, he still came anyway without issue, without complaint, and straight into full professional mode. That level of reliability and consideration is truly rare.

When he arrived, his calm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind manner instantly reduced my anxiety. He carefully explained exactly what had gone wrong, why it happened, what signs to watch for in future, and how to avoid it happening again — all in a way that was clear, respectful, and never rushed. His knowledge was obvious, but so was his humanity.

The repair itself was carried out quickly, efficiently, and to an extremely high standard. No fuss, no corners cut — just solid, honest, skilled work done properly. Watching someone quietly and confidently fix something that feels overwhelming is incredibly powerful, and Shane did exactly that.

On top of being an excellent mechanic, Shane is just one of those naturally thoughtful, extremely nice people you instantly feel safe with. I genuinely can’t praise him highly enough. This is without question one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic.
