Ford Edge Diagnostic Inspection

Will never use click again. Booked a mechanic thinking they would arrive with tools to try and repair my car but he turned up in shorts, flip flops, with a torch and a 9 year old kid in tow.

My work shoes where in the car. The only reason I was in my car as the gearbox has gone on my van. I have about 10k worth of tools in my boot inc 5k worth of diagnostics tools. This job was a diagnostic inspection at that time of night there wasn't any parts place open to get the parts anyway. With the weather the way it is very hot at the minute, there isn't many mechanics working in boiler suits. PLEASE READ MY OTHER FEEDBACK.

Phill was amazing. What a knowledgeable mechanic who had time to discuss my car problem. I would definitely recommend Phill to anybody. Maybe I shouldn’t mention this but just before the Phill was about to leave one of the locals in the village ran to my house to tell me a lady had collapsed in the pub. Phill did what was duty bound and ran to the pub to assist. Today he went well above and beyond. Thanks Phill.

BMW 5 Series Car Won't Start Inspection. Ran diagnostics the cam shaft position sensor is faulty requires a garage and a recovery truck to move it. Also requires a new battery.

Nissan Micra Car Won't Start Inspection. Checked vehicle over to find it was flooded been nice for 20 mins with no warning lights and I've stopped it and restarted it everything ok.
