Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, you paid for a mobile call-out service that included an initial diagnostic. We provided the fault codes and advised that the vehicle requires further diagnostics in our workshop, as the next stage of diagnosis cannot be carried out roadside.
We also provided follow-on advice along with the fault codes and offered our available dates at our garage. In light of this, we feel that this review is somewhat unfair.

ben was friendly didnt see his side kick who sat in the van the whole time but the problem didn't get resolved as it didn't register on the 2 scanners he had. £70 wasted !

Hi
We plugged in 2 scanners because they both have different functions on them they both communicated with your vehicle and there was no fault codes in the system and we told you that we suspect it too be the steering column at fault but would require a Vauxhall specialist/ electrician too confirm
The mechanic that you spoke too was Callum and the “sidekick” in the van was Ben
