Ben was very pleasant and explained things clearly, I was very happy with the work

First time using click mechanic, I am very happy. Good price for the job quote and the garage went above and beyond (1st Gear Autos). Collected the vehicle within the time slot and delivered it back without any problems. The job has been completed to a very high standard and communication was great. Would recommend and I will use this garage again.

Callum was great! Turned up within the time frame expected, diagnosed the problem effortlessly, advised on what was needed to be done (clutch replacement), arranged recovery, and let me know when our car was ready so he could bring her home. He didn't mind me asking daft questions either.

He was also very respectful of the fact that I am unable to speak on phones, with all communication done by text and email - this is something that doesn't usually happen.

Ben was brilliant very transparent and also informed me of other issues that require attention which is a first as i have used other garage's and asked them to be like this rather than not knowing and then breaking down it gives a person chance to get sorted.
