Ben and his partner were good guy's however we booked engine carbon cleaning and this was not carried out so should be no charge, Ben recommended gear box servicing as revised quotation.

Can you advise on the initial charge therefore not being taken.

The problem is still the same after the mechanic Ben attended to the car. The moment i switch on the same message popped up ‘check transmission”. The appointment was rescheduled twice and i had to call the mechanic after the scheduled time passed. Now have called the same mechanic and he is telling me that the car might need a new clutch therefore need to order again to clickmechanic. I am an unhappy client and would not recommend anyone after i ordered full transmission service.
