Ben turned up on time, and was most helpfull. despite the fact that the issue did not appear, and the car started without him having ot do anything! 2 hrs later same issue there. NOT BEN'S FAULT.

Ben did a thorough inspection of a van I was buying. He picked up on several minor things that I hadn’t even thought about (eg lack of a spare wheel) and which would have been a pain to deal with maybe months after the purchase. Following the report the dealer sorted the issues before I picked up the van. I was initially expecting a phone call from Ben after the inspection (I think the Clickmechanic website mentioned it?). However, Ben emailed the report immediately afterwards (and reassuringly there were no major issues) so all good

Ben was very methodical but couldn’t help me in the end as it’s seems it’s an electrical fault . Which I knew that . Thought I was getting an auto electrician to look at the car

Ben was late, but it was not his fault, he kept me updated on the issues. The origional appointment for thursday did not happen due to other jobs over going the time.
When he arrived he managed to get the car started, and diagnosed a faulty battery, this was disapointing because the battery was only 3 months old!

Excellent quality in terms of the feedback given and the level of detail when we spoke on the phone. There report and inspection were crearly throrough. I requested the inspection on Saturday and it wasll all booked in and sorted, for a few days later within hours. It was really reassuring to have the pre-purchase inspection. Only slight negative was that I arranged the appointment for 10-12 but they didn't make it to the garage until 1. As it happened the garage were flexible but it wasn't ideal.
