He was late I had to call to find out if he was coming. He gave a totally wrong diagnosis and made me buy spare parts that were not needed. Still charged me.
I sort a second opinion and the issue was sorted under 20 minutes for a fraction of the costs he was asking for.

Ben was great, friendly and knowledgeable completed diagnostics and found that the new thermostat that had been installed by another garage the day before was actually faulty

Friendly and knowledgeable, came out to home to diagnose issue, arrived at 4pm on a cold, drizzly Saturday and diagnosed problem at side of the road. Won't hesitate to use again with any future issues.

Ben phoned ahead and let me know of any delays and a time of arrival, he was polite and asked if there was anything else while he was here that I wanted him to look at, quick and efficient, definitely recommend for any further work and I will be contacting him myself for repairs in the future

Not happy ....everything was ticked good by you after my my pre car inspection.
I have since had the car serviced but have found.
The rear tyres were on the minimum in the centre and a dangerous bulge on the front.
The heater didn't get hot so useless.
The front bumper bar behind the plastic one was not connected to the chassis which was what the knocking was was also observed by the trader which sold it to me.
Complete waste of £168 for a pre inspection after a all good

Ben was brilliant, from his acceptance of the work through to completion. Arrived on time, completion of the work in an efficient way and communication at the end with update and service report. Highly recommend.

I was stressing because my dpf warning light kept coming on and the car (Peugeot 207) was running like a pig.
Ben came, warned me it could be more than a blocked dpf saying that was the first line if attack.
Whatever a dpf clean and forced regeneration, all done in an hour, and the car runs like new.
Great job in not such good weather

Ben turned up early and fixed the car no problem. He was polite and friendly.
