Ben did a thorough inspection of a van I was buying. He picked up on several minor things that I hadn’t even thought about (eg lack of a spare wheel) and which would have been a pain to deal with maybe months after the purchase. Following the report the dealer sorted the issues before I picked up the van. I was initially expecting a phone call from Ben after the inspection (I think the Clickmechanic website mentioned it?). However, Ben emailed the report immediately afterwards (and reassuringly there were no major issues) so all good
