The guy was sound, happy with that
I’m just a little bit miffed that I didn’t receive a mechanic with the equipment that was needed to test the job I advertised as in the description I explained there was smoke in the cab and out the back end, I would assume this would be taken into account and the mechanic arriving should have the correct equipment, I feel a little robbed to be honest now I’ve had to pay another £95 for a smoke test by another mechanic.

Bob was brilliant. He was friendly and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Friendly and checked my car over fully. Explained what he had looked at etc, Arrived within the time slot.

Ben came a little later than originally planned, but I was kept updated all along with any changes and he replied promptly to my messages. The fault on my car ended up being a simple fix which was quickly identified and as there were no parts required, all I paid was for the diagnostic service.

Ben was great found out why my car keep going into limp mode is ordering parts

Ben was brilliant, on checking the brakes said the pads weren’t needed so saved us money. Quick repair of rear windscreen wash. Great service would highly recommend him

Ben was absolutely amazing and explained everything to me and made it so much easier for the diagnosis and the next steps to getting my car on the road. I’ve been so worried about the car and Ben was amazing and made me feel so much more relaxed about everything and will be hopefully be on the road a lot sooner than i expected. I would definitely recommend this service
