Used click mechanic to inspect a car I was thinking of buying. I have every limited car knowledge
I paid £154 and received a thorough report and a phone call to go through the report.
Ben kept me updated and informed.
Thanks to Ben's inspection I did not buy the car. I would definitely use click mechanic again

I was extremely happy with the work that Ben carried out. He was able to tell me about the severe corrosion to the underside of the vehicle that I was hoping to buy and saved me thousands of pounds and a lot of trouble!
He contacted me after trhe survey and told me what he had found. I am elderly woman and know absolutely nothing about cars and he was able to explain his finding in a helpful and unpatronising way. I was also impressed with the printed report that came through on my email almost immediately after his visit.
I would use this service again and would recommend to others.

Fab. Was happy with the outcome and findings. Made it so much easier having mechanic come out. Requesting a booking at 2.30pm. Mechanic was at my house for 4.30. Ahead of schedule.

Came out to inspect a car which I wasn't local to, at short notice. Gave me a call towards the end of the inspection to ask if there was anything specific I wanted checking. Report submitted within an hour of the inspection. The day after I had a question which was responded to within 45 minutes. Thorough report provided to give me peace if mind on the purchase Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

The mechanics went above and beyond to change my battery and reset the car, it turned out not to be a quick and easy job but they carried on until it was all working again, brilliant service!
