The problem is still the same after the mechanic Ben attended to the car. The moment i switch on the same message popped up ‘check transmission”. The appointment was rescheduled twice and i had to call the mechanic after the scheduled time passed. Now have called the same mechanic and he is telling me that the car might need a new clutch therefore need to order again to clickmechanic. I am an unhappy client and would not recommend anyone after i ordered full transmission service.

I was happy with the work carried out but that is not what was required.
I was looking for off car filter flush. In received a tin of liquid in the diesel tank, which I have been putting in myself for the past year. (at cost of around £10 per tank of fuel.
Even now, if I enter "Off car DPF clean" in google/Safari search you come up offering this service.
I have since been to a local garage, who did a check, prior to off car flush, which showed that the DPF is broken. Also the amount of fuel in the engine oil, caused by the "regen", has rendered the oil as useless.

Absolutely invaluable information provided by Ben. Very professional , honest, direct, friendly & crystal clear in his description of areas of concern. Highly recommended. Due to his report, he may have some further work from ourselves due to location of the next Motorhome we are looking at.
