Ben was on time and very quick but thorough with the work. It was a job I could not find any local mechanics willing to do so very helpful to come out and do it.

I’m just a little bit miffed that I didn’t receive a mechanic with the equipment that was needed to test the job I advertised as in the description I explained there was smoke in the cab and out the back end, I would assume this would be taken into account and the mechanic arriving should have the correct equipment, I feel a little robbed to be honest now I’ve had to pay another £95 for a smoke test by another mechanic.

Ben came a little later than originally planned, but I was kept updated all along with any changes and he replied promptly to my messages. The fault on my car ended up being a simple fix which was quickly identified and as there were no parts required, all I paid was for the diagnostic service.
