I had a very nice young man called Kirk. He arrived actually early which was great as I was already at the dealership. He was very courteous and approachable as a woman with not a extensive understanding of the mechanics of a car he explained everything in layman terms and then took his time doing a thorough analysis explaining any of my queries as he went without any hesitation and in depth. Thank you for making a anxious situation stress free ☘️🙂

No cause I’ve paid 900 for a timing chain what hasn’t been done from having the work done . We have been to 5 garages which all said it havnt been changed to have it booked in today to be told it hasn’t been changed

Dave helped out with a booking which took a while to place, due to a high priced part that was only available from a main-dealer. He kept me informed throughout my booking and gave me some advice about the future reliability of the car. The car was picked up early and returned the next day fully repaired. ClickMechanic helped me get my car, caravan and family back up to Scotland after an unexpectedly extended holiday!
