I had misdiagnosed that my car's air con needed a regas. The mechanic did a diagnostic and found that I did not need a regas. They kindly reduced the charge to that of the diagnostic test only, which was less than the amount I had pre-authorised. The car collection guy Tom was also prompt and friendly.
