He was very good. A nice bloke who clearly knew what he was doing and changed the battery very quickly. He tested the charging system and reset the electronic system in the car. I was pleased with the job and the car now seems fine. The only issue was punctuality as the slot was 11-1300 hours and he arrived about 15.30. He did contact me to say he was running late and I appreciate that there can be delays. Despite this, overall it was good service.

Very happy with the work undertaken, quickly diagnosed where the AC was leaking from. Took the time to explain the issue & possible resolution. Really appreciated the honest assessment that fixing this leak and pressurising the system fully may result in other perished seals giving way (the car had previously been stood for 2-3 years with no pressure or lubricant in the system). Unfortunately this turned out to be the case, but it was my decision to proceed with the works, which had themselves been done to a high standard. AC was ice-cold on the hottest day of the year thus far when they had finished.
