Ford Fiesta Car Leaking Outside Inspection

Jordan was due to carry out a diagnostic leak inspection, with a view to confirming the suspicions of my lodger (who is a very knowledgeable car repair enthusiast and had looked at my car, but who suggested a professional second opinion to ensure work needed was done). Jordan turned up on time, but instead of ringing the door bell, he rang my phone (which was on silent as I was working) then messaged on Click to say he'd turned up but nobody answered (which I saw later). When he rang the door bell I answered immediately! He then carried out the agreed diagnostic and offered a report. At this point I was pleased. However, when I received his report it was impossible to understand, so I requested a quote. He quoted extortionately, so I ran this by my lodger. My lodger advised the quote was unreasonable for the work, and that Jordan had added work already done by my lodger to the quotation. So I went to Click to seek out an alternate mechanic. At this point, Click (or the alternate mechanic) noticed Jordan's quote included parts that my car doesn't have (he stated a part was needed that is only found on Four Wheel Drive vehicles, not Ford Fiestas like mine). Perhaps Jordan was hoping I would go ahead without seeking an additional quote or advice, so he could make an unreasonable amount of money by defrauding Click and I? In any case, I was having another car mended by a different Click Mechanic a few days later. He took a brief look at the Fiesta free of charge, and advised he agreed with my lodger but not Jordan. I went back to the messaging and Jordan replied in a way that looked like a reply from Click Mechanic customer services (not using his name, and referring to himself in third person). I noticed this straight away as Click's system tagged the reply as from Jordan. I asked Click and Jordan to refund the misdiagnosis and Jordan refused a refund and then the quote with the unreasonable work suddenly disappeared (a day early as it does not expire until tomorrow) - has Jordan removed the quote from the Click system (possibly hoping to remove evidence)? I re-uploaded it as I had kept a screenshot of Jordan's quote. Jordan refused a refund and stopped replying. Click Mechanic are fantastic. I highly recommend them. Just be very careful with which mechanic you choose. Read more
Reply from Jordan:
Hi as stated in the messages we have offered to come back out to you also there was a mistake on the quote it wanted driveshaft oil seals not transfer box seals it was a genuine mistake by the office and had you raised this we would have looked it up and sent out a correct quote so there was no defrauding as soon as it was brought to our attention I messaged click and told them I had sent an incorrect quote as for using 3rd person it was not Jordan messaging you it was myself Rebecca in office and never once did I pretend to be click mechanic so yes 3rd person was used to mention Jordan and the quotation was never removed as we cannot do this and click mechanic can agree with this so we have not removed anything to hide any evidence .
