For half the price of an RAC inspection, I got a full and detailed pre-purchase inspection report and a 15 minute verbal update and review from Jordan. This had given me the confidence to buy the car and I'd definitely use Jordan again.

Excellent. I needed it doing fast and be accepted the booking did the following day even when I posted it late the night before. He explained as he went through, fixed it really fast and had me back on the road ASAP. Gave information on what to look out for if there was any further problems. Excellent service.

Jordan did a decent job, although iam not happy with me being charged for both jump starting the car and replacing the battery, jump starting the car was of no benefit to me as the battery had to be chucked, so maybe a bit of discount or maybe just be charged for the replacement would have been nice rather than charging me for both, i mean i just wasted £45 for nothing since the battery was chucked.

Jordan was very thorough and explained the issues clearly. He was friendly, spoke very well on the phone and I'd be more than happy to deal with him again.

Jordan diagnosed a faulty starter motor. He then failed to take the job after this diagnosis. When a mechanic was found to come out and do the job he did not agree with Jordans diagnosis. After questioning this with Jordan he was adamant he was right and tried to show me a video of a diagnosis machine that could have been for anything under anybodies bonnet. Needless to say I will not be using the company again nor recommending you to any of my social network.

Jordan is brilliant, he came out late Saturday afternoon for a diagnostic, and itemised everything needed for the repair. Gave me a comprehensive breakdown of the cost etc.

He and his team completed the repair work on the following Monday to get me back on the road asap.
