There was a lot of miscommunication and false information during this booking and the call I received was not the best customer service I have ever had. Offering to cancel a job which is not completed is a condescending option and will only irate a customer, especially when they are then told they may not be able to get the part either if it was booked with someone else.

We are all human and problems with distribution happens, but how this is communicated to the customer who is already stressed about the car being broken needs work.

I would have used ClickMechanic again however this experience has now put me off as the management and scheduling needs work. Read more
