“After an initial set back with my first ever use of Click Mechanic when the mechanic was unable to attend the call out I had just about lost faith in what I thought was a too good to be true app. I called customer services who were extremely apologetic and arranged for another mechanic, Azhar to service my car and change the timing belt. Azhar picked this Job up at seriously short notice and when I dropped the car off with him at around 4pm I was almost sure the work would not be completed on the same day. I was wrong, the guy worked from 6 till 11 on the car completing a full service and timing belt change out of hours to ensure I got my car back the same day and even had the professionalism to keep me updated of the progress and drop my car off at my house so that I had it for work the next day. After my experience with the first mechanic I was almost sure I would never use this service again but after Azhar’s dedication, professionalism and get it done approach I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Cannot argue with the amazing price and the quality of service and work done is second to none. Thanks so much. Sam”
