Yes happy with the work and also spotted another problem but not very clear on the part I needed .

It was a little difficult to explain the issue clearly, as I was speaking to you while you were partially behind the door. The part I was referring to is something I would have needed to show you in person, as it isn’t particularly easy to identify or explain through a description alone.
I also added an image to the booking showing where the leak was coming from on the vehicle. I’m not sure whether you had a chance to see this.
At the time, I didn’t feel it was appropriate to ask you to come outside, as it didn’t seem like the right moment, and I didn’t want to put you in an uncomfortable situation.

Our mechanic was friendly, honest and transparent. Unfortunately though our mechanic was unable to complete the new clutch job due to a seized component which required heat/blow torch at a garage . I am disappointed that the works were not carried out yet I was still charged £40 which felt rather unfair, although I understand the travel costs and time association.
