had a 10:30 to 12:30 slot at 13:00 zeyad phoned to tell me he was having trouble parts for another job and was working a distance away from me and would be another couple of hours.At 16:40 I contacted zeyad to find out when he would arrive he said he was on his way and would arrive at 17:20 which he did.I have to add zeyad was very pleasant and apologetic and completed the work to a very good standard.
