Priority time slot wasted, Didnt come within time slot, was delayed from last Job but not communicated to myslef till after I got asked if mechanic arrived. Blaimed for selecting the incorrect service even though its clickmacanics part numbers that gave wrong part, no say over if its the correct one been picked. Hidden fees added on travel time once they had completed the job for coming back with correct part and added another hours lable for two belts to be replaced in the end. Job also rushed as they were 4 hours behind schedule that day.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that I was unable to arrive within the original time slot. Unfortunately, I was delayed due to earlier bookings taking longer than expected, and I apologise that this was not communicated sooner.
Regarding the additional charges, these were explained to you before any additional work was carried out. When discussing the extra costs with you, you did not raise any concerns or objections at the time and agreed for the work to proceed.
The additional charges were due to having to travel back and forth to source the correct parts, as well as the replacement of the upper drive belt, which was not included in the original repair you selected.
The parts provided for the booking were based on the ClickMechanic parts information, which I do not have control over. Once the issue was identified, I sourced the correct parts to ensure the repair was completed properly.
Unfortunately, Euro Car Parts did not have the upper drive belt available, so I had to source this from a Ford parts specialist, which added extra time and travelling to complete the repair.
I also recall that you requested for the CV boots to be replaced outside of ClickMechanic on multiple occasions. I explained to you several times that I am unable to carry out additional work outside of the ClickMechanic platform and that any repairs would need to be completed through the correct booking process.
In the end, I replaced both drive belts for you to ensure the repair was completed correctly. Although I was delayed due to earlier bookings, the repair was not rushed and was completed to the correct standard. I appreciate your patience on the day and apologise again for the inconvenience caused by the delay.

Zeyad informed me that he would be late but this was not a problem for me. He was very professional, friendly and respectful. He encountered difficulties renewing the clutch due to corrosion of parts, however, he persisted undeterred and completed the task. I am very happy with his work and recommend this service.
