Thank you for your review Mr Bates and for acknowledging the work carried out. However, I would like to clarify that I was not trying to find unnecessary faults or recommend work that was not needed.

Whilst replacing the headlight bulb, I noticed oil around the top of the engine and simply pointed this out to you as a professional courtesy. As a mechanic, I believe it is important to inform customers of anything potentially relevant to their vehicle’s condition, rather than ignore something I have noticed.

You were under no obligation to have the issue investigated or repaired by me. Pointing out a visible oil leak is not an attempt to create unnecessary work; it is part of being a responsible mechanic. I would appreciate it if this distinction was reflected fairly in your review. Read more

Zeyad and his son were absolutely amazing!

I was very apprehensive about using ClickMechanic because my car is my life 😂, but I’m so glad I did — and even more glad that I got Zeyad and his son.

They arrived when they said they would, were polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They serviced my car and also pointed out a few other things that need attention, which I really appreciated. They answered all my questions and explained everything clearly.

They even kindly took some old oil away from my brother’s car to dispose of, which I thought was really helpful.

I can honestly say I think I’ve finally found a mechanic I’ll continue to use. Zeyad and his son will definitely be getting booked again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

And to the people who have complained about mechanics turning up late — give them a break! Sometimes jobs take longer than expected, and that’s just the nature of the job. I’d much rather have a mechanic take their time and do the job properly than rush off to meet a time slot.
