Mechanic was really friendly and just cracked on with the job. Can't fault what he did at all.
My first experience of using clickmechanic (or any home repair service) and I'm definitely going to be using it again.
(Only gave 4 stars for punctuality as did arrive 3 hours after booked time as his previous job over ran - You can't plan for that and it does happen. Mechanic did ring to keep me updated though and got to me as quick as he could)

I wasnt there while they did the job,but our lass said they were nice guys and im happy with the work they did at short notice (2 days),our local garages didnt seem to want to take the job on,(glow plugs) and would have been nearly 3 weeks before i coild have got in

Managed to change two glow plugs but not the 3rd so still left with the check engine light on. Didn't really offer any solutions other than there are people out there that can get them off

I was able to replace two of the glow plugs successfully. Unfortunately, the third glow plug was seized and could not be removed without a high risk of snapping it, which would have caused significant engine damage. At that point, the responsible option was to stop and advise that a specialist with the correct equipment would be needed. The check engine light remains on as a result of that unresolved glow plug fault. Forcing the removal would not have been in the customer’s best interest.

Zeyad called shortly after the mornings slot I'd booked to ask if we could reschedule to later in the day. We rearranged for 1.30 but it was around 3.30 before he arrived due to traffic. Then they had sent him the wrong part so he had to go to a shop to get the right one, which took another couple of hours - but to Zeyad's credit he made sure it was sorted, even though it meant staying into the evening. When he'd been able to get the right part he fixed the car in about 15 mins, so appreciate him getting us back up and running.
