Posted my repair on the website at 22:30, contacted and time agreed with mechanic for next day collection, car returned with repairs carried out the same evening. Unable to fault the service and work carried out.

Daz who came to our house to collect my car informed me if his timings and was very polite and punctual. The care was returned as promised.

Work was all done correctly as promised. Communication was very hit and miss. I communicated via the app and never got a response. I had a phone call the morning of the appointment and during the day, but finding out when I was getting my car back was a nightmare. As a single parent I rely on my car and not knowing when I'm getting it back is very unprofessional.

The service was good, alrhoghh I wasn't impressed at the cost. They diagnosed the problem promptly.

Couldn’t carry out the mot though as it was class 7, this is a downfall on click mechanics as this should’ve been noticed at the time of booking, now I’m without an mot
