Booked front and rear brake pads to be replaced online via ClickMechanic. I booked at 10am, and by 11am they had already confirmed the job and given me a call. The car was then collected at 12 noon.
During the work I received a video showing what had been done, along with some advice on further work that may be needed in the future. There was absolutely no pressure to go ahead with the extra work — it was simply helpful advice, which I really appreciated.
The car was delivered back to me before the school run, which was fantastic service. Honestly, you don’t even get that level of service from BMW!
