Excellent work, quick, well priced and good communication. Only downside is that I have white leather interior in my car and someone clearly didn't cover the seat or take care with the drivers door card as they were absolutely filthy. Only marked down for that I'm afraid. I did take a photo of it should they wish to see. I would however use them again and put this down to a mistake.

Great service and information was clear but the phone lines are outsourced to an overseas service and we really struggled to speak to the mechanic about the work getting done. If we missed them ringing back, as I was working at the time, we had to ring and give all our details to someone who clearly had nothing to do either the garage, each time. But all in all, satisfied and will use this service again.

Posted my repair on the website at 22:30, contacted and time agreed with mechanic for next day collection, car returned with repairs carried out the same evening. Unable to fault the service and work carried out.

Daz who came to our house to collect my car informed me if his timings and was very polite and punctual. The care was returned as promised.

Work was all done correctly as promised. Communication was very hit and miss. I communicated via the app and never got a response. I had a phone call the morning of the appointment and during the day, but finding out when I was getting my car back was a nightmare. As a single parent I rely on my car and not knowing when I'm getting it back is very unprofessional.

The service was good, alrhoghh I wasn't impressed at the cost. They diagnosed the problem promptly.
