I'm not too happy with the services, as the whole process was unpleasant and not well communicated to us. We booked them for 4- 8 PM; they came in the middle of the night, nearly at 7PM. When we called them at 5PM, they said they'd be there “soon,” in big quotation marks, as it took them 2 hours.

Then, when we asked for any sort of invoice they told us to pay first, so we paid the extra 80£ pounds and then they told us to wait till Monday and now it is Wednesday evening and they still haven't updated us with an invoice even though we stated how important it is to us.

The service wasn't professional whatsoever and when my husband wanted to pay with a card, they said they only accept cash which I think is highly unacceptable as being able to pay visa only at least shows proof that a purchase has been made!

Will not use this Click Mechanic again.
