James was a day late because of his son's illness & there was a problem with leaking coolant after the work had been done.[fixed within the hour.
He was having to re-schedule like mad as he'd 'lost' a day at the Hospital.
He also identified a moribund battery - & replaced it- so a 6th star should be awarded for quality, if possible.
