James is very responsive to my messages, so we coordinated the inspection at the right time. His inspection is very thorough (even includes the bottom of car chassis), so that I even noticed some flaws the salesperson didn't mention to me. This 5-star review is well-deserved for him.

James went over and above with the repair of our vehicle, from working with me on the collection and return of the vehicle (as my husband was in hospital) to the repair it’s self, and he explained to me what was involved and how the clutch would feel different now it had been replaced.
