James was brilliant. Let me know when he was near, how long he would be, and what he was doing. He had issues with his supplier that gave the wrong part, he swapped it, came back the next day and sorted it in 20mins. All the time letting ne know what was happening. A genuinely nice guy doing a great job. Would highly recommend him.
