Turned up past the cut of point not happy i had to pay£10 for priority slot that didnt mean nothing to time allocated 8 til 10 am

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were unhappy. We dont charge the priority booking fee. and our business doesn't open until 9am, so this is why we wouldn't of been for a 8am booking.
Dean did keep you in the loop with phone calls etc, we got the mechanic to you as soon as we could.
