From our car being picked up to dropped off, without resolution was above average, it was a shame they couldn't resolve the problem, when the car was returned, damage was noticed to the drivers side rear light bulk. So cost just over £200 inc "collection/recovery with no resolution to the problem. I'll keep local from now on.
