Unhappy, as further issues occurred which appear to be related to the work done. Costing twice the amount of the original work.

If you wasnt happy with the work you should have brought it back too us for any issues to be rectified. If we had any issues we would always sort it unless there was a problem with the vehicle. Sometimes cars have issues further to whats initially required for example on ford ka like yours the pipes have issues on a aluminium joint which corrodes (electrolysis) causing leaks when doing the clutch we resolved this issue by trying to save you the customer money by replacing the joint using push fit joint repair as the pipe from ford included the clutch master cylinder thus making the job expensive so we did this for your benifit. The guys were great, spoke in advance of the booking and got a smaller window of when they would arrive. All the work done (timing belt and water pump) and car returned by mid-afternoon. Couldn't fault them and would definitely recommend.
