Very knowledgeable and communicative. Spotted a mistake on the mileage that the previous mechanic entered on the MOT, which could have caused problems when I come to sell the car, as it looks as if it was clocked, when it hasn't been. It takes an observant and caring mechanic to spot this, and tell me about it so that it can be made right.

The car was collected in the advertised time slot, but wasn't returned until nearly 22:00.
As long as you know that is what will happen, it is ok for them to work such long hours, but I did begin to wonder if my car would be returned....

Mechanic was very knowledgeable and talked me through things that will need doing and what to look out for in future.

They replaced the radiator but within 24 hours a pipe had come off and RAC had to be called to repair.
We also had to collect the van ourselves from their garage as they wouldn't return it, we'd already paid a recovery firm recommended by them £140 cash to have it delivered to their premises and had been assured it would be delivered back to us once repaired.

Shaman and his team were extremely polite and very friendly work was carried out efficiently and professionally will be using them again and can highly recommend their service to anyone
