They were excellent in terms of the quality of work, as far as I can tell after just three days. The car seems to be driving like a new one. Hassan, who collected and returned my car and communicated with me throughout seemed very knowledgable and pleasent. I do think I could have got the work done more cheaply if I had the time or patience to 'shop around' but I am pleased with the outcome and that is the main thing.
I sent the additional payment to the Hassan's company. I worried at the time that this was to a personal account in the name of Imtiaz Iqbal and I am also concerned that I haven't received a receipt. Shamas was very personable and friendly. He arrived on time and took the car for a service. The car is running well. My only question mark is the fact it took so long and I was waiting till 7 at night for the car to be returned. However I would use the service again

Friendly yes, knowledge who knows? Booked in for rear discs and pads replacing.
Currently sat by the side of the road awaiting recovery as rear brakes failed. Caliper swinging about under the car!
