Basically I was happy with the work that was done, paid extra as it needed a new part which was fine didn’t mind paying that. Got my car back and there’s a crack in my windscreen which wasn’t there when I gave the car to them Monday. Spoke to the mechanic he’s said nothing was in reach but the bonnet was up so that’s a lie. I only had communication through them by me contacting them first. Which was frustrating.

Springfield Garage confirmed booking and phoned to clarify.
20 minutes later they rang back informing me that they had a slot and would be able to fit me in.
Dropped car off they did the repairs and also gave me a MoT over view telling me if anything needed replacing or repairing.
Have used them a few times would really recommend

Very good very efficient gave me some good advice for free. Significantly cheaper than many garages but the quality better. No hesitation in using them and have shared all the details with my friends. Came to the house collected the car and returned when finished.

My mechanic was friendly and did a great job. Timings were a bit out, but I'd already said it didn't matter.. it was a very busy day. MOT and service all done and car collected and delivered all as promised. Good job!
