Shama was extremely polite and friendly. The work was done promptly and professionally

The driver who collected my car was lovely (didn’t get his name) and the service was great. Car is running beautifully and although I will need brake pads doing in the future there was no pressure on me to have to do it now - just the option which was refreshing.

Excellent service from start to finish. Called in morning to confirm collection time. Called once MOT and service completed and to advise when the car will be returned. Will be using in future.

Basically I was happy with the work that was done, paid extra as it needed a new part which was fine didn’t mind paying that. Got my car back and there’s a crack in my windscreen which wasn’t there when I gave the car to them Monday. Spoke to the mechanic he’s said nothing was in reach but the bonnet was up so that’s a lie. I only had communication through them by me contacting them first. Which was frustrating.
