I’m not sure what was done on the service as the man collecting and delivering the car could hardly speak any English. Instead of being collected at 2pm it was after 4pm and received a call at 5.30pm to say they were just working on it. Then at 6pm it was finished. I didn’t feel confident that all the checks were done on a full service in the time that my car was there because of how late it was collected. It was nearly 7pm when I got it back when the service was supposed to be booked between 2-4pm, I was very disappointed, especially when I got a call just before 2pm to say it would be collected in 30mins. After getting the car back so late I had to cancel going out with friends which I wasn’t happy about. Read more

Yeah great, a little later back than we had estimated but the traffic was a horror show and they were happy to discuss etc.
