Absolutely fantastic service from Robert at S&R Motor Care. He arrived exactly on time to collect the vehicle and dropped it back off ahead of schedule, making the whole process incredibly convenient. He kept me updated throughout the entire timing belt and water pump replacement, uploading clear progress photos of the work. He was completely transparent about what needed doing, giving me an honest update on my auxiliary belt without trying to force an unnecessary upsell. Incredibly professional and highly trustworthy. I will definitely be using him for all future servicing and MOTs. 5 stars!
