“No issues with the vehicle so that was great. Returned the same evening which was unexpected.
Would of been nice to of known they were running late for pick up (45 mins) as I had waited 2 hours (16:00-18:00) for the organised collection. Had plans after 6pm so had to organise leaving the keys with a neighbour and note in the front of the car. Thankfully it turned out smoothly!”

“I'm not sure who looked after my car as I dealt with 2 or possibly 3 different people. I believe the work was done well. They did have the car a very long time retuning the car at about 7pm. Would have been nice to have a call to say they were on their way and then asked me to inspect the car in the pitch black.”
