“Was a bit sceptical initially as have always used the AA and RAC. However none of the above offer the ability to pre ring the mechanic to raise questions. Had a great chat with Jaz the day before the inspection and also realised he is a Merc specialist too-both old and new cars. On the day, was smooth as, really addressed my concerns - my biggest was noise and mpg of the car and both were addressed correctly. Also came back with some elements that I was not aware of. Just wish the photos were sent with the review.”
