Absolutely satisfied with your mechanic who telphoned prior with eta update. Polite and helpful with job sorted. However, I was quoted a cost which increased when instructed, I queried by email without reply.
Your priority booking is at best misleading no stars for your office

We booked a mechanic at short notice for a car inspection that we could not do in person due to the distance from our home to the dealership. Ryan picked up the job and was in contact the day before. He arrived on time and completed the full inspection including a test drive, providing some additional information about the vehicle. We also spoke on the phone and Ryan was super helpful. I would like to thank him very much and recommend him. It couldn't have been better and we are looking forward to taking delivery of the car, having completed the purchase with confidence after the inspection.
