Ryan marked the job as "completed" days early while my car was still sitting in pieces just to protect his own job stats on the booking app—admitting to this directly via WhatsApp. His diagnostic machine clearly flagged an "Open Circuit" error, yet he failed to reconnect my A/C compressor wire right next to the oil pan he was working on, leaving the job incomplete and forcing me to fix his mistake myself. To make matters worse, while my car was supposed to be in his custody for repair, he parked it in the Meigh Street car park without paying and incurred a parking penalty on my vehicle. When challenged, he refused to take accountability, forcing me to escalate the matter through formal bank disputes where Lloyds Bank reviewed the evidence and permanently refunded my money, finding entirely in my favor—save yourself the headache and go to a professional who actually respects your time, your vehicle, and basic consumer law.
