My partner's car developed a grinding sound from the wheels and because of her job and her commute it wasn't possible for us to book into a garage in a timely enough manner to get the problem diagnosed.
I found ClickMechanic (an excellent service as well if you need to connect with a quality local mechanic quickly) our in our details and within an hour was speaking to Mark who picked up the job and we booked him to come over to our house the following morning. He arrived on time and he and his colleague quickly identified the issue we were having which they then explained to us fully and clearly.
Within 24 hours of raising a query on The CM site we had a proper professional diagnosis regarding the issue and also we were able to be reassured that the vehicle was still safe to drive for the time being.
The cost for MP Autos to come to our house at very short notice was extremely reasonable, especially given the quality of service we received. I can't recommend MP Autos and Mark and his team highly enough. They were outstanding in every way and we won't hesitate to use them again. They were excellent.
