The actual work carried out appears to be of high quality with no concerns here.
Communication wasn't ideal with some confusion about pick up dates / times, leading to quite a delay on the day of collection.
They certainly did their best to make sure the work was done on the day, and returned the care later in the evening to ensure I had access to my vehicle the following day.
