“Bogdan was AMAZING. Very friendly and informative. I explained the situation to him regarding the engine light and the fault code regarding the glow plug. He got them removed in super fast time (with ease) and kindly showed me my old glow plugs and the reason why the fault had come on. He went on to show me the other 3, all of which had deteriorated, and then proceeded to replace all 4. He was completed in about 20 minutes. I explained how difficult it was to find a local garage who would do the job, and my concerns about being ripped off (as i had done in the past).
I had also text him to revise the address location as i had been unable to book the day off - he promptly responded and confirmed this was ok (I work round the corner from where i live). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him AND Click mechanic, and I wouldnt hesitate to use your services again. THANKYOU”

“We haven't actually met Joe as he conducted the inspection straight with the dealer, but the communication over the phone and before the inspection was great. Joe very patiently explained all the findings in plain English and gave us the confidence to ask for a few minor works to be done by the dealer and then carry on with our purchase. The dealer also told me how impressed he was with Joe's punctuality, politeness and overall knowledge. I would recommend Joe for the pre-purchase inspection and maybe would also use him in the future for general mechanic jobs, should the need arise.”
