He was lovely, helped explain the problem to me and checked different things to make sure I actually did need a battery replacement. Brilliant at communicating and pointed out something else on battery that wasn’t right and told me how to sort it if his temporary fix didn’t hold. I was really happy and impressed with the service considering I only requested the booking yesterday!

James was absolutely superb! He went and vetted a car for us, it was to be my daughter‘s first car which she’s been saving for so we really wanted to make sure that we didn’t buy a pup. He was incredibly helpful at every stage and I will not hesitate again to use this service.
