Wasif was terrific, his communication, punctuality and honesty was spot on. During the work he sent video updates which was assuring and I was always kept updated. Moreover, I got the job done less than half the price quoted by the main BMW dealer, so I very pleased with that. I would happily recommend Wasif, he is a brilliant mechanic with honest approach.

Wasif was amazing, service was impeccable and communication was top quality, sent me videos throughout each phase and found the solution to the issue to my car.
Would highly recommend!

The mechanic was really polite and friendly, he was very nice and let me know what he was doing.

The gentleman was professional and accommodating to my needs. Came to collect my car up and dropped off again to my home once the job was done. Very satisfied with the service. I will have no hesitation using the service again and recommending to friends/family in future.

Work on car was done to a high standard an YES i would come back again and would recommend this mechanic .

Excellent - work finished quickly and they sent video/pics of the work being done. Definitely using them again.

Wasif at SWH Automotive LTD was tremendously helpful. On top of getting the core work packages resolved, I appreciated the car pick-up/return service and also all the gratis valeting of the car. Very nice touches and excellent customer service.

he is very friendly, they carried out very good service. thank you thank you thank you thank you

Outstanding service and dedication from Wasif at SWH Automotive Ltd! I cannot recommend SWH Automotive Ltd in Luton highly enough. My Kia failed its MOT on twin handbrake cables. When Wasif picked it up, he discovered a major issue: the rear drum brake backing plate had completely rusted through. This meant a big delay, and because the MOT had failed, I couldn't tax the vehicle. Instead of leaving me stranded, Wasif came up with a brilliant solution. He suggested I SORN the car, and he safely parked it off the road on his own property while we sorted out the parts. Since Kia no longer manufactures these backing plates, it took two weeks of searching to find one from a breakers yard. Wasif handled all of this hassle for me. As soon as the part arrived, it was installed the same day. Wasif even sent me a photo to show the car had passed its MOT. To my pleasant surprise, they also cleaned the car inside and out before collection. While there was an extra charge for the unexpected additional work, I was more than happy to pay it. Wasif saved me the massive headache of storing a SORNED vehicle and sourcing a rare, out-of-production part.
