Friendly and knowledgeable what I would want more. Briliant service, all explained, video of what was done, advice what is needed to be done in short future (rear breaks for me). In addition car got clean in and outside.

Arrived on time, took my car away & performed a full service. The added bonus was that he sent videos of what he was doing.
