My car was serviced on 27 June and immediately developed serious faults. Wrong spark plugs were fitted, the coil was damaged, and an independent mechanic confirmed the plugs were not even suitable for my Peugeot. On 14 July, the car broke down again with “engine oil pressure low,” and AA confirmed the wrong oil had been used. I have video evidence and reports proving all of this.
I’ve been escalating this to ClickMechanic since 29 June and still haven’t received proper support. It’s clear they do not vet their mechanics properly, leaving customers exposed to cowboy workmanship and expensive damage. If you value your car, avoid this platform. Read more

The mechanic was excellent. I was impressed with how punctual he was to collect my car. I was also impressed with how they gave me step-b-step feedback via videos. The car came back with concessionary valet inside and out. Good job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

I didn't realise that my car would be collected and brought back later but when I explained that I needed it by a certain time, my mechanic ensured that this happened which I was very happy about.

Amazing service. MOT and major service completely quickly and I was updated every step of the way. My MOT initially failed however the team were able to carry out the repairs the same day for a fair price. Will definitely return for future work!
