Really pleased with the work completed. Turned up on time, in uniform & sign written Van; very professional service & will definitely recommend & use again. Comms was good, I’d forgotten it was a bank holiday the day before work was due to be competed, and still got answer to a WhatsApp message within 5 mins.

Honda Civic Brake discs and pads replacement - rear (both)

The mechanic arrived within the agreed time window and was very polite, friendly, and professional throughout. He explained everything clearly as he carried out the work, which gave me confidence in what was being done.
He was able to replace the rear brake pads and discs on-site, which was much more convenient than having to take the car away. He also pointed out an issue that had been missed by the previous garage that worked on my car, making me aware of something I wouldn't have otherwise known.
Overall, I'm very happy with the service. The work was completed to a high standard, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic.
