Yeah friendly but I thought he will diagnose the engine symbol on dashboard. He didn’t even looked into it after opting to interim service. Windscreen not cleaned and car was left as it is how it was before. He just changed engine oil and filter 🤦♂️. It’s better I don’t suggest clickmechanic because to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you feel this way, but I’d like to clarify that the booking was for an interim service only.
This service includes an engine oil and filter change along with standard service checks. It does not include full diagnostics for dashboard warning lights unless specifically requested and booked as an additional service — which was not requested in this case.
Before starting work, we also advised you that the dashboard light was unrelated to the vehicle’s service and that the fault would require diagnostics.
Regarding the windscreen we ensured the vehicle was left in the same condition it was in on arrival.
We always aim to complete the work exactly as agreed and to a high standard as reflected in our previous reviews.
In this case the interim service you booked was carried out in full as requested. If you had concerns about the dashboard light the correct procedure would have been to book a diagnostic appointment rather than an interim service.
We value all customer feedback and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for anyone reading.

He checked everything and give complete peace of mind when spending a lot of money on the ranger I brought I would highly recommend anyone using a mechanic for either a repair/service but certainly when having a pre purchase inspection Brads your man 👍
