I have many years of experience within the motor trade, including vehicle recovery, roadside assistance and workshop management. I spent several years working in the recovery industry, attending breakdowns at the roadside on behalf of major breakdown providers, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs wherever possible to get customers safely back on the road.

I later progressed into workshop management, running a large commercial vehicle workshop and overseeing servicing, repairs, diagnostics, maintenance and the day-to-day operation of the workshop.

I am now self-employed, providing mobile servicing, mechanical repairs, diagnostics and roadside assistance. My background has given me extensive practical experience working on a wide range of vehicles and dealing with faults both in the workshop and at the roadside. Read more
