“Jamie was fantastic again. Had rear brake pads done by him last year so was pleased that he was available to do the front ones this week before my annual service is due. Turned up when expected, called upon arrival, immediately remembered having worked on the car previously, said it'd be done within an hour and was finished well inside that. Even apologised for a tiny bit of rainwater getting on the interior having had to open the driver's door to turn the wheels. Can't fault the level of communication, service, or speed with which the work was carried out. Excellent all round.”
