James was great. Good communication from the start which was appreciated. Took the car, repaired the fault and returned it at the time we agreed. He even sorted out my sticky bonnet catch, I guess it annoyed him as much as me.

I appreciate the work James completed and he was easy to talk to on the matter. There were some minor complications to the job so it extended over 2 days, however this did not impact me. James was honest throughout in his communications which I very much appreciated. The car has been running fine since his work so I would say that he has done a great job, time will tell.
