As soon as I received Ant's Profile from ClickMechanic and looked at his picture I knew immediately he was a "good guy" (decent chap) and liked him immediately. I was not wrong. Like meeting an old friend.
Clearly he is very capable at his job and carries an extensive knowledge of car engines and mechanical parts which was immediately apparent. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and he generously provided some background suggestions and tips on the car and provided me with some helpful advice regarding a particular model and type of car I was thinking of getting at a later date.

Messaged to say he was being delayed, messaged to say he was 30 minutes away and still arrived within the assigned time, so excellent on the comms.

On arrival I explained, Ant understood immediately and out came the tools and jacks. Down to work immediately, happy to chat as he was working. Job completed quickly, test drove the car, checked up on a few things….. the guy is a legend, and a really nice chap too….makes a difference, a little bit of rapport… and a lot of knowledge too!

Ant went above and beyond to get my car fixed. I broke down on Friday on holiday, and by Monday late morning it was fixed ready to drive home. He kept me informed throughout and even shuffled some jobs around to ensure I could get myself back home. Greatly appreciated!
