“Car broke down on my driveway due to a flat battery. Matt the mechanic arrived in the agreed time slot with a jump starter pack and took the car away to his garage which was only about a mile way.
Car returned with a new battery fitted but the radio was not working due to a missing keycode.
I gave Matt the model number who contacted Ford, and within a couple of days I had the missing keycode.“
