First time using Otto's, but I'm very happy with the service I received. Alex phoned me on his way to give me an ETA. Upon his arrival he explained the procedure and answered all my questions. He dropped off the car after the MOT and service as requested. It was a great experience to deal with these guys after dealing with a few rouge national garages. The price was also more than reasonable without going into specifics, but a few local garages quoted nearly twice as much. I would 100% recommend this garage.

Everything was easy and smooth. The mechanic was friendly and professional, arrived on time, got the job done efficiently, and delivered the car back on time. I was kept informed throughout the process. Very happy with the service!

Gabriel was amazing, first class service. Very polite, friendly and communicated thoroughly throughout the works carried out on our Mercedes.
He also sent videos of the turbochsrger repair daily and nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly recommend Gabriel and his team and would definitely use their services again.
