Otto was brilliant great service will use again thanks. Called to say what time the car would be picked up and then messaged to say what time it would be dropped back. Really easy service and meant we didn’t have to arrange lifts etc for dropping the car.

Car was collected for full service and MOT. It was returned with an MOT certificate a few hours later, but there was no evidence that a service had taken place. Fluids were not topped up, and most worryingly the rear brake light was out (as it had been when the car was collected). As this should have been an MOT fail this was a real concern. I contacted the garage and the director got back in touch with me. He issued a refund without question, and seemed genuinely upset at what had happened. He dealt with my problems with professionalism and didn't make any excuses. He offered to send a mechanic out to deal with the issues - but once the trust in the garage is gone, it is gone. It may be a decent establishment overall, and it seems to be run by a decent guy, but there is clearly a problem in the workshop. Read more
