Extra labour as a number of bolts seized so had to work of gently or would of snapped.

Carl was the person who I interacted. He was very friendly while explaining the procedure. I had my appointment on Friday and they had to postpone it to Monday because of extra job they had to carry out (postpone wasn't a big deal at the time for me but other people might expect punctually done the same day). They completely fixed the car on Monday and my car passed MOT on the same day. Thanks a lot dear D&S autos people. you deserve the money you get.
